REFUND/RETURN POLICY 

TANGIBLE PRODUCTS Once production of requested item(s) has started, refunds will not be processed. Clients will be notified of production start date. Please contact customer service about returns. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS After goods have been received and accepted by the customer ALL sales are final.  

PROCESSING TIMES 

TUMBLERS Production of tumblers will take a minimum of fourteen (14) days. Proof of production will be available upon request. 

DIGITAL DESIGNS The client has a maximum of two design modifications before the sale is final (modifications must be requested before final agreement).  

SHIPPING All tangible items will be shipped first class mail unless otherwise requested from the client. The client agrees to pay the full cost of shipping unless otherwise noted.
 

NOTE: We aim to respond to all of our clients as quickly as possible, but please note, that we are closed to communications and production requests anytime after hours and on ALL holidays. We will gladly assist you within 24-48 business hours.
